Why dinosaurs disappeared but no other animals? | RedGage

Why dinosaurs disappeared but no other animals? | RedGage

Because they are large animals, dinosaurs were large portions of food needed to maintain life. Fierce dinosaurs like Tyrannosaurus, for example, be fed on other dinosaurs. If their food source is gone, then they do not have any more days.
So, when a meteorite hit the earth 65 million years ago, so much dust was blown poison that Sun could not see. Because plants can not survive without light, without sunlight they died, and behind them, but some seeds in the soil have survived.
Without plants, vegetarian dinosaurs died of starvation.
